Cells in animals are explained: Animal cells are the same as the cells from human because we ourselves are part animal. With this in mind it would be a fair assumption to make that looking at two different animal cells under a microscope would be pretty identical. Some differences are there to be sure however the simplistic nature of the cell means that the way it functions is identical to others like it. Cells are the building blocks of our bodies and without them we simply would not exist. The dissection of an animal cell is something that has to be looked at in high school so that the next generation of biologists has a better understanding of these individual blocks of life.

All cells have a cell membrane which is the outer part of the package just like a grocery bag holds all of your groceries. Inside the cell membrane the most important part of the animal cell is the nucleus which is like the brains of the cells which tell them through some form of communication what to do and where to go within the body. Golgi bodies and mitochondria are also present within the cell membrane. These parts of the cell float around in cytoplasm which is a liquid that all the cells have inside of them. The mitochondria are an important part of the process of making muscle cells so all cells plays an important role within the body.
